We are now looking for staff for the following position:
Provincial Claims Surveyor : 1 positions (For provincial standby)-Based in:
Noted : Full Technical Training will be provided.
Kompong Cham (Provincial Zone)
Job Summary: A Claims Surveyor is responsible for dealing with accidents on the spot (In the above province in Cambodia) or over the phone, assessing or determining liability, negotiating payments and minimizing the number of fraudulent claims. They investigate insurance claims relating to, for example, mainly motor vehicle accidents, but could be other types of claims.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling claims and survey for mainly motor insurance.
Doing administrative and clerical work
Collecting documents from clients and sending those to Head Office in Phnom Penh
Verifying details with witnesses and insurance policy holders
Visiting accident/loss scenes.
Liaising with a range of professionals including the police, medical staff, solicitors
Negotiating settlements with claimants
Gathering information.
Collecting data regarding prices or repair costs.
Other task assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirement:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent certificate.
Motor mechanic or similar training
Male , Age from 20 – 45 year old
Computer skill : MS word & Excel
Strong communication skill
Analytical skills
Problem solving
Honesty
Resourcefulness
Confidence
Able to standby ( 7 / 24 hour)
